Profile Mission Vision

The Mother School is the only CBSE School in Kankol -Alapadamba Grama Panchayat. The school is hardly 9 km East of Payyanur town and just 1km west of Mathil on the proposed Ezhimala - Bengaluru National Highway. One can easily enjoy the beauty of lush green cashew groves and pleasant breeze from the campus.

Kinder Garten classes LKG, UKG and classes from I toV commenced in May 2004, Class VI commenced in May 2005 and class VII commenced in June 2006. Thereafter adding one class every year, we reached class X in the year 2012.

The mission of Mother School is to provide students with a developmentally appropriate education which emphasizes high academic and social expectations for all students; the opportunities, resources and environment necessary to be life long learners; the skills and encouragement needed to be productive, responsible citizens in a changing global society, and the support required to develop healthy self concept leading to sound judgment and appropriate, ethical decision making.

A School is primarily concerned with the imparting of knowledge and the development of character. It is our aim and hope that the students who leave The Mother School will leave with a strong character ready and able to stand up for what they know to be good and true, It is our hope and prayer that we may produce such people; people sound in character and having comprehensive mental outlook and self confidence based on sound character and good conduct to face the future.

Principal's Message

The Mother school is a centre for educational excellence and a dream for those who aspire to reach their goals in life. The school is a second house , which reflect on the creativity of the teachers and enthusiasm of the students. Education is a shared commitment between dedicated teachers ,motivated students and enthusiastic parents with high expectation.

The Mother School on her Journey is striving hard to make the best possible efforts to inculcate strong values combining with academics and extra curricular activities in the children . Converting every individual in to self reliant and independent citizen, the school provides an amalgam of scholastic and scholastics activities. I am confident enough that The Mother School create a platform to develop the integrated development of a child in all levels. It focuses more on missionary concept of educational values than mere academic knowledge .

I take this opportunity to thank all our stakeholders , especially our parents who have unconditionally trusted us and whole heartedly support us. We encourage positive communication and interaction among students, teachers and the wider community.
